Roxy is a darling appaloosa foaled in 2011. Roxy has great conformation, is very versatile with a “can do” attitude, and a good work ethic. She is happier when she is in a program and exercised regularly. She is trained both in English and Western. She is sound and ready to begin her second chance.

We are all pretty much in agreement ….the only thing cuter than a puppy, is a baby horse. Our newest and youngest is a blanket appaloosa filly that we named Roxy. Unbelievably this youngster was found alone, walking the streets with a halter far too tight for her growing head. The rest of her is growing too… she has a healthy appetite, her ribs are disappearing, her eyes have picked up a sparkle and her coat is starting to feel softer. Roxy is going to learn some much needed ground manners, and will be enjoying her enrichment time with Sawyer and Lulu in the turn out. Once Roxy tells us that she is ready ( and well behaved ) she will go out to pasture for the winter, and our mares will teach her the rest of what she needs to learn…how to be a horse.
