We told Brianna that it takes 9 months to have a baby…11 months to have a baby horse. We asked for her to be patient and enjoy the journey of discovering the magic of finding the right match. While 11 months might seem like an awful long time for a girl to wait for the excitement of bringing her first horse home…..the reality of forever, is a lifetime for the horse. In the end, it took ten months, and while it was clear that Brianna fell in love several times along the yellow brick road (or maybe it is red), it was pretty darn clear that the road that led to Kingston was the right one. On Saturday, our special, precious girl will bring her horse home, and while we know that it has felt like forever to Brianna, forever for Kingston has only just begun. Happy ever after Brianna and Kingston, we love you.
