Sometimes it just doesn’t get any better. A precious donkey wandering the streets, hungry and alone is picked up by Animal Control. In the charmed tale of the ever adorable Waffles the Donkey, Animal Control called Red Bucket, and the delightful transformation of Waffles began. Once Waffles arrived (and was gelded…not the wonderful part, but necessary) Ryan, Ron and a myriad of friends from Kennedy-Pedigo Farms began to visit, almost daily. The KPF entourage joined the Red Bucket family in falling head over heels for this irresistible, affectionate sweetheart of a donk! On Saturday morning, Waffles was detailed, muzzle clipped, liberally sprayed with show sheen, had his little donkey hooves polished, and enough product applied to his bangs to last a month. He then politely walked down the street and straight into his story book ending! Ryan was eagerly waiting in the driveway to welcome his new buddy, who will be in charge of security detail on the farm, and will assist in supervising all of those fabulous KPF homebred’s. Congratulations to Waffles, Ryan, and the entire Kennedy-Pedigo clan!
