If a picture is worth a thousand words, then we really do not have to say much! Suffice it to say that not only is Melanie grinning from ear to ear, but Pilot is happily settling into his new life with his very own forever family. His new digs include a big airy stall with an attached paddock, a roomy turnout, miles of marvelous trails, and perhaps best of all…Melanie, who can’t stop smiling. Pilot, who will be missed terribly by all the Red Bucket Riding Hoods who claimed that he was their “boyfriend”, the members of the Curry Comb Club who benefited from his benevolent patience as they gained confidence and skill learning to handle and care for our horses, his special girlfriends Andrea and Bonnie, and of course Susan, who slipped him a special treat and a hug in exchange for a tender nuzzle every evening during rounds. While our work will never be done…Pilot is finally home!
