Caspian Update: First Dressage Show

He was starving, locked in a dark and filthy stall. The ground was so eroded with urine and feces, he couldn’t lay down…only walk around the narrow boarder of his prison. His left hip bone pierced completely through his hyde. He was suffering.

Caspian BEFORE[1]

Caspian Today

He is glorious…four hundred pounds later, trained and well muscled….the scars both internal and external have faded and are no longer a part of his memory or his world. Over the weekend, he competed in his first Dressage Show. Hilda Gurney was the judge…and was to no surprise, impressed. His new mom Michelle, burst into tears at the completion of his routine, overcome with indescribable emotion. Caspian is loved…he is safe. He now can lies down to sleep, and when he gets to his feet, it is anew life full of love, safety, acceptance….even the challenge of a horse show, that makes his mom cry, a famous judge applaud, and is Red Bucket Family celebrate a life saved, his life saved..and restored. Congratulations

Caspian, we are over the moon!
