Elliot, who is perhaps the most adorable…and affectionate donkey on the planet is adjusting ( slowly ) to life as a gelding. He is accepting visitors, small snacks, lots of pats, and loooong ear scratches. Elliot definitely enjoys attention, and during his two week recovery period from his gelding, will reside in the gelding barn with Spiceman, Dalton and Robin.  Hard to believe that such an affectionate little guy was abandoned and left to die, we are so glad that he is now safe…and on his way to a full and satisfying life. Once fully recovered, he will join little Riot in the donkey paddock. Ultimately, the goal will be to find him a loving forever home…in the meantime, it is likely that this ” lap donkey ” just might take the Head of Ranch Security job!
