Like so many rescues, Dr. Seuss needed to be rescued twice. As luck would have it he came to Red Bucket…and he met Andrea, who could have chosen ANY horse, but she chose him. She traveled all the way from Arizona multiple times to spend time with him…to bond…and to fall in love! Now as the story is told from our perspective, Dr. Seuss also chose Andrea…and her family. This holiday season will be the first Christmas that Dr. Seuss will wake up a wanted horse. Not only does Dr. Seuss have a new “mom”, but he also has Andrea’s husband Jerome, who appears to have become horse crazy himself, but he also has two special little boys…in fact, Dr. Seuss has his own story book ending…a family of his very own.
