Red Bucket is currently interviewing applicants for our Summer Internship Program. Equine intern applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be interested in formally improving, growing, learning…and serving. Interns must be high school graduates, have relevant horse experience, be physically fit, have a good work ethic and demonstrate maturity and the ability to self-manage. Each intern will be assigned a project that they will “own” and be responsible for delivering on. Interns will also have appropriate-level work assigned, and will receive coaching and targeted development on their summer goals. Interns who successfully complete their internship may use their project experience on career or college applications/resumes.
Additional internships are available in Social Media, Public Relations and Finance for college and graduate students.
Red Bucket is committed to a drug-free and positive work environment. Applicants must be committed, reliable, and have a learning and service mindset.
