We find our newest little charge somewhere between ridiculous and absurdly adorable. Thunder Pants has started to turn the corner…he has been gelded, he has a new hair do, and perhaps most importantly, he has landed safely in the care of Red Bucket. He had been previously scheduled to be euthanized…something that we find absolutely unacceptable. He is healthy and full of both personality and a desire to connect…and belong. We know that he wont be here long…he will soon be on his way to a new family, and a promise of forever. While we have gotten attached to the cute little guy…saying good bye to him will also mean that we are doing our job. In the meantime…who knows what hair do Thunder pants will be sporting next!
