We absolutely cannot take our eyes off of this magnificent horse. Chili Dog came to us late last week as a hard to catch stallion. We gelded him Monday, and are already delighting in his sweet nature…and extraordinary intelligence. He loves to have his forehead rubbed and adores a good crest scratch. He is a horse that we would consider very high risk…but this morning, as he enjoys his steamy warm mash in a toasty stall, the only risk is ours…as all of the Red Riding Hoods risk their hearts as we fall hopelessly head over heals in love! Welcome Chili Dog! Oh, and if you wonder about his name, our head trainer Kimberly insisted, she seems to be heading up his fan club, big time!
